Each treatment session takes 1-3 hours, with the CoolSculpting® itself lasting 35-75 minutes on average. Most patients note no discomfort and use the treatment time to relax! After the treatment, there is no downtime, so you can return to work or your normal daily activities. You will begin to gradually see results over the next 1-3 months as your body naturally eliminates the dead fat calls, however, full results may take 6 months or more.
