However, you are not an ideal candidate for Sculptra® if:

• You have a history of keloid formation.
• You have hives, rashes, cysts or infections at or near the injection site.
• You have a history of severe allergies.

Your Sculptra® injection will likely only take a few minutes to complete. As it is a non-surgical option, one major benefit is that there is no downtime required after your treatment. You can return to work or daily activities once your treatment ends!

After the injection, you may experience effects common to injections such as swelling, bruising or redness. These effects will fade within a few days.

Most treatments with Sculptra® will produce results that last for up to two years. However, most patients opt for several separate injections to give their body time to adjust and to ensure the best results.
